D.A. Davidson & Co. makes Contribution to Symphony's Adventures in Music Program

The Port Angeles Symphony announced today that it has received a contribution in the amount of $3,000 from D.A. Davidson & Co. to the Symphony's Adventures in Music school program.

D.A. Davidson has a long tradition of contributing to the communities where the company operates. Davidson enthusiastically supports organizations that offer programs and services to improve personal and local economies, conserve the environment, and foster a vibrant cultural community.

Adventures in Music is a collaborative program of the Port Angeles Symphony Orchestra with five school districts in Clallam County and provides quality live performing arts programs during the school year for all elementary students. Supporting curriculum materials provided to teachers offer lesson plans and suggestions for integrating arts into other curriculum areas. It is one of the Orchestra's great pleasures to be able, through this program, to provide free admissions to the families of every elementary child to all of the five Saturday morning concerts of the Port Angeles Symphony Orchestra.
